Introducing the Monica1 Murano Glass Bead Statement Necklace! This beautiful, unique necklace is handmade in Italy with gorgeous Murano glass beads. The beads are alternated between matte round blue beads and disc-shaped striped beads, separated by coiled spring-like circles. 

The result is a fun, eclectic necklace that's perfect for dressing up or down. The main glass bead in the necklace is called a "penny bead". To create this special bead, the artisan hand blows each one and then uses a tool to flatten it out into its unique shape while the glass is still hot.
